AI was a fresh start.

Years of sales and client services, carried into a new world where I can serve, teach, and build for clients in ways I never could before. What follows is that work, 2024 to now.

A desk where the old tools of a sales career, a rotary phone, a card file, and paper quotes, sit beside a laptop and a blank notebook
The desk did not change. What sits on the right of it did.

AI Growth & Operations Specialist

A building-materials manufacturer, Philadelphia area. May 2025 to present.

Three internal platforms, an ERP you can question in plain English, and a $1M pipeline out of a CRM that had gone quiet.

  • Product owner for three internal platforms, requirements through adoption: a seven-app operations portal, a visitor check-in system used every day by twelve colleagues, and a trade-show lead-capture app that works with no signal.
  • Copied the company's ERP into an AI-queryable data set (426 tables, about 20 million rows, verified nightly) and built a plain-English question layer now piloting with the owner and COO.
  • AI-enabled procurement: a buyer enters a spec, browser agents research and verify suppliers (176 companies screened, 159 sites read, 30 makers loaded), and the approved list lands in a CRM ready for quotes.
  • A $1M+ sales pipeline in seven months by reviving a dormant CRM of about 1,000 contacts with an AI outreach pipeline that drafts into Gmail for review and logs every send.

Lead generation, research, and outreach that run themselves, and a media brand that teaches the same tools.

  • AI-driven systems for client accounts that generate leads, research prospects, and run outreach; pitch and demo videos produced through an agent-run pipeline with AI voice-over and avatar presenters.
  • For Mission Media (podcast advertising): audience and performance analytics packaged into advertiser-ready reporting; advertising operations run end to end.
  • Founded The Wise Operator: a daily AI brief, a plain-English AI dictionary, and an AI-workstation starter kit for non-technical professionals.

Before 2024: Bloomberg, Admarketplace, Enterprise Solutions, Korn/Ferry, Microsoft. The full record is in the PDF.

How I work with AI

Enabling colleagues

Codex on the operations manager's machine, wired to the ERP data, so they ask business questions in plain English. Accounting and finance are next.

A manual with every tool

Role-by-role guides and five-minute onboarding for every system shipped, plus a plain-English way for a non-engineer to verify any number.

A repeatable method

Reusable playbooks the AI follows: design first, every screen signed off before a build; a quality gate that reviews the code and clicks through the live app. 60+ plans, 40+ recorded runs.

AI wired to the business

Connected to the CRM, the ERP data, email, and the browser, so analysis, reporting, and outreach run from one place and end in a summary a person can act on.
